Black Eyed Andy recorded with Sacklunch recently. We helped them record some new tracks and add in some of their previous material for a compilation spanning 10 years and multiple band members.

Dear Sacklunch,
I just wanted to send you a short note of appreciation for making what could have been a trying time, into an exciting, enjoyable, experience. Thank you for all your help and "wizardry" in making a dream a reality!
Sincerely,
Kay Anderson (Drunk Lilly)

| Our studio kit is a custom made DW professional drum set. This kit sounds awesome for many different types of music. This kit can be setup to your specs and mic'd prior to your session to cut down on setup time and ensure a great drum sound. |
This is our newest space called the "Red Room". It's great for a live "old school" drum sound with real room acoustics. We added this space so we can now offer a natural drum sound as well as the "dead" gated drum sounds that are popular in todays music. Old school or new school we've got you covered. |
Here is our "Cedar Room" featuring double walls, 4 panes of glass with acoustic fiber lined walls for a rich small room tone. Great for recording acoustic guitars and vocals as well as percussion. |
Sacklunch Recording Studio was built in 1993. It started out as a rehearsal/recording facility for the Local band UNIT. In the cold winter of 1996 the Local rockers UNIT were killed in a fiery plane crash in Toledo. Travis Romine (Manager and Engineer for UNIT) would later open Sacklunch Recording Studio to the public in late 1996 to record other Spokane bands and solo artists.
The Facility is designed for full band type recording as well as professional vocal demo's and acoustic instrument performance. Our "cedar chamber" room is 10" X 12" with cedar panel skewed walls and hardwood floor. Our deadlock recording space is 20" X 15" and is heavily deadened as a multi use space, (great for laying super clean drum tracks). We now have another space which is about 10x18 with skewed walls and 12 foot ceiling, this is the same warehouse we used in the past to get a powerful live drum sound (ex. PROJECT KINGS/FLYREAL) and have had great results with recording heavy guitar sounds in that space as well.
Sacklunch is equipped with some of the most modern equipment available including LEXICON, MACKIE, KURZWEIL, and FOCUSRITE products running everything through Mackie Pro, Drawmer 1960 tube pre-amps, Focusrite Green as well as a Presonus Eureka. We mix with the legendary Mackie D8B fully automated 96 channel digital mixer straight to Compact Disc.
When you record at Sacklunch you have access to all the gear we have including Kurzweil K2500 & Custom Warwick Bass. The DW Drum Kit has a rental fee which can be included in your recording package.
CD Duplication? When your recording is complete you can make your copies with us! We are also musicians and realize not everyone needs 1000 discs for their first album so we offer short runs perfect for local groups who just need as little as 100 discs complete with professional looking insert cards and direct on disc printing!
